Light
& Life
Christian Church was established in 2003. We are affiliated with the
Free Methodist Church of North America. We believe that the Bible is
God’s Word and is
our authority in all matters of faith and practice.
LLCC
is currently
meeting in Gilbert, Arizona and serves people from Mesa, Tempe, Apache
Junction, and Chandler.
We are
currently a
small, start-up congregation with a focus on developing authentic,
biblical relationships.
Leadership
Light & Life Christian Church is led by a team of people who
have committed themselves to loving, teaching, praying,
decision-making, and serving those who seek God through the ministry of
LLCC.
Church
Life
We are committed to the core ministries of worshipping together and
serving others, both within and outside of our church walls. In our
worship together we are informal, seeking to engage persons in
a relaxed atmosphere where we can share our common humanity. Biblical
preaching that focuses on life application serves as the cornerstone
for our time together, as we seek to model our lives after
Jesus’ practices.
Youth
and Children
Our children worship, are taught the Bible, and enjoy being together on
a weekly basis during the adult worship gathering. In addition we
provide opportunities for gathering together during the
week. Our children have met together many different places, like the
Boyce-Thompson Arboretum, Tempe Town Beach, the Mesa Museum for Youth,
and in different homes for crafts and swimming. We also
participate in summer camps and sponsor a couple vacation Bible schools
during the summers. We have made a commitment to excellence in our
ministry to youth and children.
Facilities
Currently the church meets at the Gilbert Southeast Reginal Library at
775 N. Greenfield Road and the church office is in Pastor
Glenn’s home
